Here’s to the New Year
- 2 oz Amador Whiskey Co. Double Barrel
- 3/4 oz lemon juice
- 3/4 oz honey syrup
- 1 egg white
- Angostura® Bitters “art”
Combine all ingredients (except bitters) into a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into a martini glass and top with foam bitters.
