Ginger Mint Julep
- 2 oz AmadorĀ® Double Barrel
- 2 sprigs of mint
- 1 1/4 oz ginger simple syrup
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
- Ginger root for garnish
Muddle mint with ginger syrup, build ingredients over ice and shake. Serve over either crushed ice or ice ball. Garnish with a ginger root.
